LITERALLY!
I remembered that I used to have a sense a humor.
I recalled that I used to be able to laugh some things off.
Once upon a time, I could listen to my kids giggle and all the crappy stuff just fell away.
Being silly is powerful.
Snarfing is hilarious.
And even when you're miserable, sometimes you just need to force yourself to have fun.
Goal Number 1 for this year :
Let things go. Stop holding grudges. Laugh at those who are trying to make you miserable. And smile more. That nasty frown line between my eyes has tripled in size since December 28th, 2011!
